RFOX Community Update – September 2025

RedFOX Labs, is as dedicated as ever to empowering creators with cutting-edge metaverse technology. Over the past month, we have been intensely focused on putting our tools on full display through our flagship client Orange Web3 and others. Our founding mission, to democratize digital creation and deliver immersive experiences, remains unchanged. In fact, the very suite of tools we provide to Orange Web3 and other partners is designed so anyone can build shared virtual worlds. With a stronger infrastructure beneath us, we’re on track to fulfill all our promises and complete the major deliverables identity, world-building, APIs, by EOY 2025, so there is no dependency on us to access our technology.

Collaboration with Orange Web3

We are extremely proud of our ongoing client–vendor partnership with Orange Web3. Each month we’re closing in on delivering the full suite of promised features, Orange ID an on-chain identity passport, the Orange Worlds 3D builder, and robust developer APIs to connect creators, apps, and communities. Working side-by-side with the Orange team has been an honor, and to see 3rd party developers are already hard at work using these provided tools is an incredible thrill. Seeing the powerhouse partners that work with Orange and witnessing the rise in the adoption, is validation they have chosen the best partners available. This release will cement Orange Web3 as the clearest, working example of tools from our platform in action, and it validates our goal of providing an overarching technology platform that any Web2 or Web3 company can deploy. As this chapter closes and a new one begins, we’re excited to see what Orange Web3 delivers next using the tech we’ve contributed to.

Tech on Display: Identity, Worlds, APIs

Our core technology stack provides several key components for existing and future partners. These include:

ID (Unified Passport): An on-chain identity layer for seamless logins, community profiles, and access control across your entire ecosystem.
Worlds (3D Creator Platform): A drag-and-drop world builder that lets anyone create fully browser-based virtual spaces (no downloads needed), instantly shareable via a link.
Developer APIs & SDKs: Robust endpoints and toolkits that enable apps and services to integrate any of our features or technologies (worlds, AI content generation, token transactions, etc.) into their products.

These components form the foundation of what we’re delivering this quarter. By packaging them into a polished platform, we’re making it easy for creators and developers to build and monetise immersive experiences and Orange Web3 is the first prime example of this.

Overarching Update

Beyond existing products and partners, we’re seeing strong interest in the technology we build from other companies and across the board. Teams eager to launch user-generated content platforms or metaverse experiences have inquired about integrating our tools or technology. We often point them to Orange Web3 as the clearest working example of our stack in action. In practice, and through our clients and partners we will be servicing millions of clients in the near future. Something we always focused on but only now is it becoming a reality thanks to many contributors’ hard work and efforts.

Our dedicated team is without doubt one of the hardest working teams in the space and the efforts show, with their willingness to get involved with any 3rd party developers, in showcasing our tools and products across all stages and making sure our partners and clients are successful, as it ensures our future success in the process.

Web2 Embraces Web3

The wider industry is unmistakably moving toward Web3. Recent data shows about 60% of Fortune 500 companies now have active blockchain initiatives, a dramatic increase from just a year ago. Many traditional businesses are now integrating NFTs, decentralised tokens, and immersive 3D applications into their strategies. This trend confirms that the Web3 transition is well underway, no longer fringe hype but a core strategic shift. RedFOX Labs is well positioned for this era and our open, API-driven platform can serve both startup creators and established incumbents. We expect to see Web2 companies increasingly leverage our tools (often via partners) to launch their own metaverse or blockchain-powered offerings.

Hello RFOX Community,

We’ve reached an important milestone with the completion of the migration of RFOX and VFOX over to the Orange Web3 ecosystem. This has been a considerable amount of work and we are pleased to announce that we have laid a solid foundation for future growth.

Staying True to Our Vision

Despite the changes in technology over the past year, our core mission remains unchanged. RFOX was founded to build cutting-edge tools and experiences that empower people in the metaverse and beyond. That vision to democratise digital creation and deliver immersive experiences continues to drive us every single day as it has since 2018. The move to Orange Web3 is an important step that supports this same goal. It has always been our goal to focus on the overarching technology and platform we set out to build, and that hasn’t wavered. In fact, with a stronger infrastructure beneath us, we’re more confident than ever in achieving what we promised.

The RFOX VALT Lives On

We also want to reaffirm that the RFOX VALT metaverse is alive and well. This rich virtual world we launched some years ago continues to operate, offering all the games, social experiences, and creative possibilities it always has. For those of you holding VALT NFTs – whether CitiXens, Apartments or Districts – these assets remain an important part of our future. They are among the earliest, most distinctive parts of the RFOX journey, and as the broader ecosystem grows these NFTs stand to gain visibility and relevance as early, scarce assets.

Our focus on more accessible and wider reaching tools and experiences has seen us add to the overarching technology which we will use, and that our partners already use or are testing. Going forward, we have plans to make the VALT even easier to access and enjoy, which will include but is not limited to, integrating new technology to broaden access beyond VR headsets, so that more people can experience our metaverse with less friction. These improvements won’t happen overnight, but they are on our internal roadmap. In the meantime, our team’s current focus is on supporting our growing network of partners who are building with our technology. This means you might not see major new VALT features for a little while, but rest assured that this behind-the-scenes work is strengthening the ecosystem that underpins the VALT. When the time is right, the VALT and the assets within it will benefit directly from these efforts.

It is no secret that we built a beautiful product that was and is in many ways cutting-edge and pushes many boundaries and it’s also no secret that accessing the VALT and dealing with the somewhat tricky and everchanging rules relating to crypto and web3 integration made the task of scaling a challenging proposition. Technology, as we all know, outpaces legislation and we are already seeing a shift in mindset with a new US administration. I and the team are actively working with new technologies such as WebXR to provide firstly, our users with a more open and composable framework that doesn’t pin its success on any one platform or technology provider. The challenge of balancing a web3 mindset with a web2 framework was always a challenge and you can’t reside in both camps without significant trade-offs.

A New Chapter with a Stronger Foundation

As mentioned, the migration of RFOX and VFOX tokens to the Orange Web3 platform is complete, and with it, we enter a new chapter. All token holders have been successfully migrated to the JUICE (JUC) token, which now powers transactions in the Orange Web3 community and will power the future transactions in the entire RFOX community also. This migration was a big undertaking (encompassing tens of thousands of wallets), and its success is a testament to our community’s commitment.

We wanted to ensure there was adequate time to lay the foundations and a clear process for ensuring the overarching tech we provide can be safely and confidently delivered to both web2 and web3 companies in equal measure. RFOX along with Orange Web3 now become customers to our overarching technology platform.

Post-migration, the existing RFOX users are already benefiting from what Orange’s blockchain offers and will offer, including and not limited to: significantly lower fees, faster transactions, and expanded utility for the holders of JUC. In other words, everyday activities that accompany a creator economy, whether in the VALT or other RFOX products and services, will become easier and cheaper to interact with.

The decision to migrate was made with a long-term vision in mind, and it achieved what we hoped: a broader horizon of possibilities for RFOX. We’ve effectively upgraded our foundation to support the next wave of growth. To be clear, the RFOX and VFOX tokens you knew are now fully transitioned into this new system, and they form the gas that will fuel our ecosystem’s expansion and many other projects expansions soon. This move also aligns with our commitment to progressively decentralise and empower our community in RFOX’s future direction. We believe it sets us up for sustainable success moving forward.

One of the most exciting aspects of this new phase is the amazing network of partners working alongside us and adding to the technology we provide or in turn use. RFOX has always believed in collaboration to accelerate innovation, and now that is in full effect. By partnering with other forward-thinking teams and platforms, we’re able to push the envelope further than ever. For example, our collaboration with Orange Web3 means that RFOX’s technology is now part of a larger ecosystem of user-generated content tools, gaming platforms, and more. Many more partners are either being onboarded or have and will help to expand ours and each other’s offerings.

As we consolidate these gains and continue forward, our commitment to you is that we will keep innovating and delivering. We’re as passionate now as we were on day one about creating a thriving metaverse ecosystem. We have a passionate and dedicated team of people who have worked tirelessly to ensure our tech is always relevant and useful.

Aura Particles for Foil Version: The visual appeal of the Foiled KOGs Quest Pets has been significantly enhanced with the addition of Aura particles. This update, potentially referred to as the "Aura" effect brings a dazzling new dimension to these already sought-after items.

Audio Fixes for iOS: iOS users will welcome the adjustment to speaker volume levels. The issue of low volume during voice chats has been rectified, allowing voice communication through the device's loudspeaker (rather than the call speaker) when not using headphones. Introduction: Migrating $RFOX & $VFOX to JUICE ($JUC)

The migration window to convert $RFOX and $VFOX tokens to JUICE ($JUC) has now officially closed as of 8:00 AM UTC, July 10, 2025. We’re deeply grateful for your support throughout this transition. Together, we’ve laid the foundation for the next era of growth on the Orange Network.

Please note that $RFOX and $VFOX tokens are no longer supported. Any unclaimed JUICE ($JUC) has been allocated to the Orange Treasury to support the future development of the network.

I Missed the Deadline — What Should I Do?

The migration period was open for 12 months and is now closed. If you did not migrate in time, unfortunately, we can no longer process migrations.

Why Migrate to JUICE ($JUC) on the ORANGE Network?

The RFOX and VFOX tokens are migrating to a new token JUICE ($JUC) to expand their vision to a new utility case. The JUICE token ($JUC) will replace the RFOX and VFOX tokens, transitioning to become the ecosystem gas token of the Orange Network.

The Orange Network and JUICE token ($JUC) broadens the tokens’ utility significantly, introduces new rewards and incentives for contributing to the growth of the ecosystem, and is the first phase of a longer-term progressive decentralization plan.

Our decision to migrate is fuelled by the desire to leverage the unique advantages of the Orange Network, aligning with our long-term goals:

Enhanced Rewards and Incentives: Orange introduces improved rewards and incentives with the migration to JUICE ($JUC).

Expanding utility case beyond the RFOX Ecosystem: A new name, a new horizon JUICE ($JUC) will replace both the RFOX and VFOX tokens, becoming the Orange ecosystem gas token.

Progressive Decentralization: A progressive decentralization plan is a philosophy as much as it is a strategy, reflecting a belief in the power of distributed networks and communities to govern themselves and innovate.

$VFOX to JUICE ($JUC) will be migrated at 1:20 - The maximum supply of JUICE ($JUC) is 3,000,000,000 - The migration of $RFOX & $VFOX to JUICE ($JUC) will run for 12 months. - Once the migration ends there will no longer be support for the existing RFOX token.
Migration Period: Now until 8:00AM UTC, 10th July 2025
Any JUICE ($JUC) not claimed during the migration will be allocated to the Orange Treasury

How To Migrate Your Tokens

We've streamlined the migration process for your convenience. For those holding tokens on-chain, you'll simply need to visit our official website, connect your wallet, and click the migration button. Once you give your approval, your $RFOX & $VFOX tokens will be seamlessly converted to JUICE tokens ($JUC).

Migration Timeline:

Confirmation of support from the exchanges, and alignment on the migration start date, is key to ensuring a seamless transition for all token holders, both on-chain and those holding tokens on exchanges.

After the Migration

Rewards and Incentives (Staking Program Details)

The Staking Program’s goal is to onboard existing RFOX community members to the new Orange Network.

Staking JUICE ($JUC) to earn ORANGE ($ORNG)

The JUICE Pool is the simplest way to earn. Simply stake your JUICE ($JUC) to earn ORANGE ($ORNG).

Staking will be done via a single-sided pool and ORANGE ($ORNG) is earned by staking the native gas token JUICE ($JUC).

Further and ongoing JUICE staking pools will be introduced in time.

Staking JUICE/AVAX LP for ORNG tokens

Farming rewards are set aside for LP providers and will also produce 32 million tokens for LP providers through a JUICE/AVAX LP Farming pool.

Staking VALT NFTs for ORANGE tokens

No need to migrate your VALT NFTs. They will serve the same purposes and be available across the existing marketplaces with the added benefit of staking rewards. We've streamlined the NFT staking process to ensure a smooth experience for VALT NFT holders.

As an ORANGE token holder, you will be able to stake your ORANGE token for additional rewards and participate in the governance of the Orange network.

Conclusion

This migration from the RFOX and VFOX tokens to the JUICE token ($JUC) on the Orange blockchain is a leap towards realizing our ambitious goals and marks the first phase of a Progressive Decentralization Plan. RFOX VALT Welcomes Yield Guild Games (YGG) as a Marquee Client to its Upcoming Gaming Quarter

RFOX , a Metaverse ecosystem builder based in Southeast Asia, welcomes its latest partnership with YGG. YGG is a play-to-earn gaming guild, bringing players together to earn via blockchain-based economies. With the public game beta release launching in November, KOGs SLAM! is the first step of RFOX Games’ foray into the exciting and rapidly expanding realm of gaming and digital collectibles, where YGG has been a major participant in the closed beta testing of the game.

YGG has made an investment of 200K USD via a token swap of YGG tokens for RFOX tokens. YGG has also acquired one of two Marquee Brand SHOPs in the RFOX VALT Gaming Quarter. Through this acquisition, YGG will have a SHOP that people can visit to interact with the community, collect NFTs, play games and much more, all in VR.

All RFOX VALT SHOPs will be NFTs, and SHOP owners will have full ownership rights of the SHOP and may choose to operate their own SHOP or to act as landlords and rent them out to others.

RFOX Media Introduces Play-to-Eat Gaming Model in Myanmar with New Mobile Game RFOX Run

September 15, 2021 /RFOX/ -- RFOX Media, a subsidiary of Southeast Asia based RFOX, has launched RFOX Run, a new jump-and-run casual game in Myanmar, powered by prolific tournament game platform Goama. RFOX Run introduces a new gaming rewards model called Play-to-Eat, an innovation on the increasingly popular Play-to-Earn model, where all players that are identified as winners and have signed up for an RFOX ID can get food vouchers that they can redeem on foodpanda, the leading food delivery service in Myanmar.

RFOX Run will be distributed on the portal of MPT, the biggest mobile network provider in Myanmar with more than 27 million subscribers. Once the top RFOX Run players win their prizes, they can claim their prize by registering on the RFOX Media website to get their RFOX IDs. Winners can then claim their foodpanda voucher code from a unique website link, use that code on foodpanda, and get their choice of food delivered to their doorsteps. At the moment, a total of $20,000 worth of vouchers will be given away for the play-to-eat model.
